Who We Are.

The Heat Pump Store specializes in the sales and installation of ductless heating and air conditioning systems. Ductless is all we do and we do them right – the right equipment, the right application, and the right people!

The Heat Pump Store was founded in 2007 by Jeff and Jan Pratt in Monmouth, Oregon with a pilot program sponsored by Bonneville Power Administration and Monmouth Power & Light. This pilot project helped provide important energy efficiency data to the regional utility programs demonstrating that ductless heat pumps were the right high efficiency technology for the Northwest. Out of this passion for ductless technology that brings people More Comfort for Less Money, The Heat Pump Store was born.
