Catlin Gable School
The Heat Pump Store installed 14 tons of VRV (Variable Refrigerant Flow) technology in the administration offices and cafeteria at Caitlin Gabel School. These areas were previously heated with an outdated, inefficient oil furnace.

Columbia Ecovillage
Energy efficiency and a reduced carbon footprint are key for the residents at Columbia Ecovillage. The cohousing neighborhood decided to have The Heat Pump Store install ductless systems in 18 of the owner and renter-occupied units. By switching from cadets and baseboards, they have seen a significant drop in the cost of their heating bills. Columbia Ecovillage also enrolled in our bulk rate annual maintenance plan, keeping their units running smoothly for many years to come!

Harvest Homes Assisted Living Facility
The residents at Harvest Homes are now enjoying year-round, customized control in each of their rooms and common areas with ductless systems. The Heat Pump Store installed 54 ductless systems that replaced inefficient cadet heaters. The systems provide comfortable living regardless of the weather, while also providing air filtration.

Door of Hope Church
Built in 1909, the leaders of Door of Hope Church started renovating the structure. Part of the reconstruction was a complete overhaul of their HVAC system. The Heat Pump Store removed its inefficient, old oil furnace and replaced it with a 38-ton VRV (Variable Refrigerant Flow) system. The system included 28 units to heat and cool classrooms, meeting spaces, offices and a large sanctuary.

Southwestern Oregon Community College
At SWOCC, The Heat Pump Store installed ductless in the main living area of 80 quad-style dorm rooms and 7 Resident Advisor rooms, 87 ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilation) systems and 165 bath fans with condensate sensors and timers.
