It’s a voice from the past – well, 2 years ago anyway. Going through some paperwork today, I found our email correspondence about the back screen on our unit installed at our cabin in Alrington. You were so patient with us as we discovered that someone had incorrectly installed/re-installed the proper screen…. I just wanted you to know that our decision to work with you and put in the heat pump system was a great choice. Our heating bills have been halved and the flexibility of the unit to adjust to the variety of Northwest weather is wonderful. Your involvement with our new system, to make sure we were pleased, was exceptional—thank you again. Hope you are doing well—both personally and professionally.

Hi! We had our new ductless cooling and heating system installed Tuesday, July 12th. Even though the weather is pretty even right now, we are already enjoying the comfort and choice of all the variable settings for cooling. It is such a different concept because it is so quiet and gently, continuously and efficiently monitors and circulates the inside air.

I am trying to send pictures of inside and outside units. The installation went perfectly, especially since we had tight quarters and limited space. Notice the close clearance to the big mirror on the inside and where it is piped in behind on the garage wall around shelving. Well done!

I had a Daikin ductless system installed and wanted to let you know I am very happy with it. It is so quiet and the heat is well circulated. I also wanted to say how impressed I was by your crew. Mark, the installer, was so efficient and was such a hard worker. He was very impressive.

I just wanted to write a note to you praising Willie Ziebell & Todd Parker.
For cosmetic reasons I wanted the installation of the heat pumps done a certain way. Willie & Todd were SO helpful and SO patient. We had a few “hiccups” along the way with noise (I should have listened to Willie, he was right) and a water leak. They were polite and patient through all of it. You don’t often find folks with such pride in their work nowadays, but those two have it! I hope you appreciate them as much as I do – they’re terrific.

Earl and his crew were magnificent. This is the second ductless heat pump I have installed in my home. This company was far superior than the other company I dealt with!!! Installation was done in half the time and done correctly. I can’t express how satisfied I was. If you are going ductless, there is no reason to go with any other company. These folks know all the details and the install crew were beyond pleasant and super competent. Thank you Earl and company! Thank goodness you knew there were still tax credit/rebates available!! I will never understand why my previous company, Four Seasons, were ignorant of so much information regarding ways to save me money. The fact that when I pointed this out and the secretarial staff of that company agreed, yet the owners refused to call me back and apologize for their ignorance which cost them a sale is beyond me. Thank goodness I found The Heat Pump Store and am WARM AGAIN.

Ray and I just want to let you know how much we are enjoying our new heat pump that you helped us to get. It is actually keeping the whole house at pretty much an even temperature and we have not had to bundle up like before to keep warm, and to keep the electric bill down. We have had extra people staying with us for a little over a month now, so we haven’t got the electric bill part of it figured out as yet, but we are really enjoying the warmth during these freezing days that we have been having. Thank you so much for your gracious help in getting our new system.
